Returns and Complaints



Incase, you receive any product which you wish to return, you are free to do so. You need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery of the product at your place.

We will take the returned product back  and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your orderatoz store. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.Return is possible only in case of damage or defective product.


Damage or defective products


Incase, you receive damage product you can inform the delivery person at the time of delivery or contact our customer care for further assistance.





You as a customer can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched, usually in 2 hours, or can call our customer support team at 8804858532. 

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case the delivery has already been made.


Order Cancellation by Orderatoz

Under some rare situations, ORDERATOZ  raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be –

1)Product out of stock

2)Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per Terms & conditions of any Offer/Discount

3)Incorrect pricing or description of the product

4)Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department

5)Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address

6)Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners
